This past weekend we were RUNNING around . . . literally!!  Our banner, our kids & our vitamins at were super proud to be at . . .  

 Meredith Hagan's Inspiration Run - all 5 of us will be doing the 5km run/walk together through the trails at Mountsberg.  Meredith believed in an active healthy lifestyle and we are proud to help promote that in her memory!

and SunRype's TRi KiDS Triathlon - all 3 of our daughters will participate in their first ever triathlon!  We did a mini run through last weekend and they are ready to go!!

This past month I shared a couple recipes that were a big hit!!

 
Cut grapefruit in half, score all the sections, sprinkle a little brown sugar on top and broil in over for 5 mins.  Turns tart grapefruit in a sweet treat!!!  Yummy!

For dessert one night I topped some vanilla frozen yogurt with banana's and their IronKids Gummy Vitamins!!  They had their Multi, Omega, Vitamin D and Calcium gummies . . .they loved this dessert!!
