Did you know we are a Family owned and operated business?  This is the IronKids story!

Stuart has 3 young daughters and he's passionate about putting healthier choices on stores shelves for his girls. He created IronKids vitamins in 2005 and they are now sold nationwide and in hundreds of stores in the US.  It didn't take long for parents to start asking why there wasn't all natural Gummy Vitamins for adults so in May 2011 he launched Adult Essentials.  Stuart is the creative, the science, the business, and the health behind IronKids & Adult Essentials. He likes to cycle.  Deborah is Stuart's wife of 12 years and together they have 3 daughters.  She is the voice behind the websites, the writer on the IronKids Blog, the messenger of all tweets, and the source of all the Facebook updates for IronKids & Adult Essentials.  She likes to run. They have three IronKids product testers (can you find all three kids in this photo?) who like to run, to climb (hint!), to ski, to swim, to dance and to skate.

Join us for SunRype TRi KiDS Triathlons across Canada!  

IronKids is a proud sponsor and our own 3 kids will be participating in many of the events! TRi KiDS triathlons in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, Fergus, Bracebridge Niagara Falls, Fraser Valley & Okanagan.  IronKids and special event water bottles for all participants!!  Registration now open!

For the second year in a row, Life Science Nutritionals is proud to be Race Sponsor with IronKids & Adult Essentials vitamins for everyone! All race proceeds are donated to THe Halton Trauma Center.  We hope you will come downtown to show your support and participate or just cheer on all the runners!  A fabulous event for the whole family! May 15, 2013 - Francourse
The Francourse is a run for school children in grades 1 through 6 and 2013 is our 6th year of successfully organizing this run. Our aim is to bring kids together from different French language school boards and promote physical fitness and health. We encourage and educate the kids and faculty with regard nutrition and training all along the way so that the kids can cross the finish line with a smile on their faces and pride in their accomplishment.It's with the backing of community businesses that we've been able to grow from 400 participants our first year to 3300 registered racers for 2013. IronKids is thrilled to be a part of the 2013 Francourse run!


May 26, 2013 - Brian Smith Charity Bike Ride
 Brian Smith was a physics and math teacher and a mentor at Nelson High School in Burlington. He passed away unexpectedly in August of 2008. Last year his family and friends wanted to commemorate his love of cycling and his dedication as a teacher by creating a scholarship fund known as The Smitty Award. The memorial Niagara-on-the-Lake Ride proudly raised over $5000 last year.  Join us for 52km, 80km and 140km ride! June 15th, 2013 Elmira - Trigator For Kids

This popular kids triathlon sells out every year in Elmira.  All registration proceeds are donated to Canadian Tire's Jumpstart program which encourages kids to stay active.  IronKids & Adult Essentials are proud to provide vitamins to keep kids healthy and give them energy on race day! June 22nd, 2013 - The Meredith Hagan Inspiration Run

Meredith was our friend and friend to many.  Her life was cut short in 2010 in a bicycle accident. We Celebrate her.  Read her story here.
The Meredith Hagan Foundation has been created to keep Meredith's legacy alive by doing things she thrived at;Inspiring People to live a great life through health and fitness. There will be an annual Run held at Mountsberg Conservation Area where people can come and challenge themselves to hit the trails for either a 5K; 10KM for this year and a 1/2 marathon and full marathon in the years following.  REGISTER HERE

Attendees at all Multi Sports Canada runs and triathlons this year will receive sample packs of IronKids & Adult Essentials Gummy Vitamins.  We are thrilled to be a part of such a large Western Canada races series! Registration is now open and so many events to choose from!

Home of the ReCharge with Milk Triathlon Series, we are thrilled to be a part of their 12th Race season. With events across the GTA and into Welland, Woodstock, Gravenhurst and more there is one for everyone.  Kids and Adult can participate in all distances and choose between triathlons or duathlons. Registration is now open for all events.  Look for your Adult Essentials and IronKids Gummy Vitamins in all the race kits.

August 12th, 2012 -Erindale Park Toronto - Erica's Wish

Erica's Wish is a 1km, 5km and 10km run to raise awareness for children with Osteosarcoma and kids fighting Cancer. Erica’s Wish was created when a beautiful girl named Erica, was diagnosed with Osteogenic Sarcoma, you can read her story here.  The race happens each year around her birthday and is celebrated with cupcakes and special pendants instead of medal for all participants.  Each year the pendant has a special word on it.  We hope you will join Adult Essentials and ironKids in supporting Erica and helping her give comfort through her blankets to other children going through Cancer treatments at Sick Kids Hospital.  Register here.

July 22nd, 2012 - Gabrielle's Ride

Join Team IronKids on July 22nd as our family rides 15km to raise money for Pediatric Stroke and Cardiac Kids. ReadGabrielle's story and then get those bikes out and come ride with us!  I was thrilled to meet Gabrielle's mom last week at the Moon in June Road Race and just listening to her talk about Gabrielle inspired us to do a bit more than just participate and donate vitamins.  We want to create a team of riders to support Pediatric Stroke and cardiac Kids at Sick Kids Hospital.  We hope you will join us.
